If items are returned in a condition that does not meet our policy (e.g., worn, washed, or missing tags), a 10% restocking fee may be deducted from your refund.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, incorrect size). In such cases, we will cover the return shipping fees.

Customers outside the UK: please mark your return package clearly with "UK Return" on the customs declaration to avoid customs charges. Parcels that incur customs fees may be refused and returned to the sender.
